Multi Channel Potentiostats / Galvanostats

Multi - Channel Potentiostat / Galvanostat MLab

The base model of MLab is a 2 - channel potentiostat / galvanaostat in a compact desktop housing, with RS 232 serial interface. Several M Labs can be linked together for multi-channel tasks by RS 485 serial interface bus. The individual potentiostats deliver upt to 100 or 200 mA, and up to 20 V. Both channels can be combined for special tasks, e.g. potentiostatic control of galvanic couples with determination of sum current and differential current. This small electrochemical workstation serves various applications like corrosion measurements, battery cycling, chemical analysis or sensor development.  The software comprises task control tables, autoranging sweep control, independend channel operation and recording, Tafel line evaluation, charge integration. Dimensions: 250 x 280 x 100 mm. Several MLab units can be interconnected by RS 485, being controlled from one computer.

  • MLab 100: 2 x 100 mA, ± 20 V
  • MLab 200: 2 x 200 mA, ± 20 V
  • MLab 500: 2 x 500 mA, ± 15 V

Multi - Channel Potentiostat MCP 94-05

MCP 94 is a low - power potentiostat set used to control the potential of a multiple of test samples. It is  based on 19" housings, where 2 to 20 potentiostat boards are arranged to your needs. Each board contains 2 independent potentiostats. Strictly oriented to easy use and low price, the MCP has been designed for users who mainly need constant polarisation, as required for stress corrosion testing, determination of cathodic disbonding or concrete quality testing. The potentiostat sets are available as 4 - channel set or up to 40 channels.

Special versions:

DMCP 94: Dual channel micropotentiostat for control of force microscopes, current ranges 1 mA to 1 nA, blind current suppresion.

Dimensions:

Up to 4 channels: 315 x 155 x 380 mm (w x h x d), weight 4 to 5 kg.

5 to 10 channels: 540 x 155 x 380 mm (w x h x d), weight 6 to 8kg.

Multi - Channel - Potentiostat MCP CaDis for Cathodc Disbondment Testing

MCP-CaDis is a multi-channel potentiostatic tester for cathodic disbonding. It fulfils, or surpasses the requirements of most cathodic disbondment test specifications such as ASTM G-8, ASTM G-42, ASTM G-80,
DIN EN ISO 15711, ISO 21809 and related national and industrial specifications.
MCP-CaDis is easy to handle: Set the control voltage, and switch the electrode on. The potentiosstatic principle
cares for stable conditions during extended test periods. The electrodes are connected to sockets at the front
panel, one plug per test cup.

Channel versions:

  • 2 Channels, 4 Channels (1/2 19", 3 HU)
  • 6 to 10 channels (19", 3 HU)
  • 12 to 18 channels (19", 6 HU)
  • 20 to 30 channels (19" 9 HU)
  • up to 40 channels (19" 12 HU)

Power Versions:

  • MCP CaDis 100: max. 100 mA
  • MCP CaDis 200: max. 250 mA

Options: Internal USB-Data logger , Silicon/PTFE cables for service up to 105°C
