there are few among us who are not lovers of ancient technics. Therefore I am pleased, too, when we receive questions for old manuals, say for a LT 73. This sweetie was designed in 1973 and was produced until 1981. It is honoring to get the confirmation of the rugged quality of one's products in this way .
There are hardly many industrial products which have survied such periods in countable numbers. We have reason to be proud, therefore. On the other hand: The maintenance of antiques should be restricted to a few display units. Even if the successor models are not longer hard enough to use them as stepladders - technically they are superior to the old instruments. Moreover: We take back old instruments and give them away to interested students. We all need curious, ambitious offspring. Let us promote them.
